Description
The Texas A&M Information Technology Bomgar service provides web chat and remote desktop support tools ideal for assisting customers. Each concurrent license allows one agent of a support team to authenticate to the remote console at a given time, with no limit to the number of agent accounts. An initial license purchase covers the cost of server and infrastructure overhead as well as the following features:
- Unique web portal with institutional branding for each licensed support group
- Jump Clients (unattended remote access to designated stations)
- Bomgar Buttons (customer 'shortcut' that allows connection to previously defined representative or team)
- NetID Authentication for agents
- Support sessions records and desktop support recordings stored for 90 days
- Configured to work through the Texas A&M campus firewall
