The Texas A&M Software Center provides discounted software to departments, faculty, students and staff of Texas A&M University and The Texas A&M University System.

Endnote 14 for Mac Available
Endnote 14 for Mac is now available to departments. It requires 1 blank CD, and is usually ready within 1 day. While there is no charge for this software, please fill out an order form; we do require a count of how many machines the software is going to be installed on.
Discounted Microsoft Office 2010, Visual Studio 2010 Now Available
Microsoft Office 2010 and Visual Studio 2010 can be purchased for personal use by registered students and eligible faculty and staff. The discounted price for each product is $20. Employees are eligible for purchasing the discounted software if their department has enrolled in the Microsoft licensing program. Visit software.tamu.edu to place your online order.
ChemBioDraw Ultra Software License Renewed
The software license for ChemBioDraw Ultra has been renewed for the following year. The renewed license expires in May 2011. All faculty, staff, and registered students can purchase the ChemBioDraw Ultra annual license for a personally owned computer at software.tamu.edu.
Departments interested in ordering the software for university computers should complete an order form. Note that the software is delivered via download. When asked for an email address, you must use an address that ends with "@tamu.edu".

Windows 7 Upgrade Now Available
Windows 7 upgrade is available for departmental use. We have both 32- and 64-bit versions available, and each requires 1 blank DVD. If your department is signed up for the Microsoft license and you would like a copy, include a note saying what versions you need along with the DVDs and instructions on how to return the software to you. Our Mailstop is 3363, and we are located in the Computing Services Center/Teague Building, Room 1105.
Windows 7 upgrade is also available for personal purchase for students and eligible faculty/staff. Go to software.tamu.edu to place your order. Note that you can only purchase either the 32-bit version, or the 64-bit version, not both. Also, once you have purchased Windows 7, you will not be eligible for Windows Vista or XP, even if you had not ordered them previously.
Labview 8.7 Now Available
The Software Center now has LabView 8.7 available. Please contact us at 979.862.4104 or sell@tamu.edu to arrange for checking out a loan copy of the software. Be aware that it may be several days before a copy becomes available.
